upGrad Enterprise Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Hires in India and North America
upGrad Enterprise, the corporate training arm of the Asian edtech major, has announced two strategic leadership appointments as it eyes expansion across India, Eastern Europe, and North America.
The company has brought Neeraj Gera to lead capability and delivery operations in India. Gera brings 25 years of business leadership experience, having served as Chief Operating Officer for Genpact's BFS vertical and as President at TBO.com, where he played a crucial role in the company's unicorn IPO and international growth.
UpGrad Enterprise has appointed Neha Prasad Mullick to spearhead North America's customer success and go-to-market initiatives.
Mullick will be responsible for region-specific workforce development solutions. Her 20 years of experience and background include leading transformation projects across various sectors, including Energy & Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Publishing, and Technology.
These appointments signal upGrad Enterprise's commitment to strengthening its global presence in the corporate skilling space. The move comes as companies worldwide face increasing pressure to upskill their workforce in response to rapid technological changes and evolving business needs.
The expansion of the leadership team suggests that upGrad Enterprise is positioning itself to capture a larger share of the growing corporate training market, particularly in North America, where demand for workforce development solutions continues to rise.
