NoBroker has unveiled ConvoZen.AI, an AI-powered Conversational Cloud platform that marks the proptech unicorn's first significant venture into the B2B technology space.

Built on advanced AI models, including OpenAI, Llama, and Gemini, ConvoZen.AI was initially developed to handle NoBroker's internal customer service operations before the company recognized its broader market potential.

"We soon realized that this product could curb major challenges faced by all customer support teams. That's when we decided to roll it out as a B2B offering," said Akhil Gupta, Co-founder and Chief Tech & Product Officer at NoBroker.

The platform offers comprehensive automation for both voice and non-voice customer interactions, supporting multiple Indian languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and English. At NoBroker, the system processes 10,000 hours of transcription daily, significantly optimizing customer service operations.

ConvoZen.AI has already secured notable clients, including Cars24, LendingKart, LeapScholar, and Tata AIG. The platform helps these businesses reduce operational costs, improve sales conversions, maintain compliance standards, and enhance agent performance through personalized coaching.

"If an agent makes 100 calls a day and has an average score of 85-88, they're doing well; if it's 64-65, there's room for improvement. ConvoZen.AI identifies weak points and builds a personalized coaching curriculum," Gupta explained.

The launch represents a critical component of NoBroker's path to profitability, with Gupta confirming that the company aims to become profitable within 12-18 months before considering an IPO. This AI-driven B2B service could provide high-margin, scalable revenues that complement the company's existing services in real estate transactions, financial services, home services, and society management.

Unlike competitors who rely heavily on external AI services, NoBroker developed ConvoZen.AI using primarily in-house AI models, which gives the platform advantages in cost efficiency and multilingual capabilities.

"We built a system that works on around 12-14 AI models. There's a conformer-based SLM for transcription, a diarization model to separate channels and remove noise, and other models for general intelligence," Gupta said.

This self-reliance significantly reduces operating costs compared to solutions dependent on third-party AI services. "If you rely on external services like OpenAI for every step — transcription, token insertion, text-to-speech conversion, and streaming — the cost per minute can go up to ₹15-20. We've solved 8-9 such challenges internally, making our model far more cost-effective," he added.

Currently supporting nine languages, ConvoZen.AI plans to expand its linguistic capabilities based on market demand, positioning NoBroker as an emerging player in India's growing conversational AI and customer experience automation marketplace.
