BluSmart Introduces Pet-Friendly Electric Cabs Pet Rides in Delhi and Gurugram

Pet owners in Delhi and Gurugram now have a new way to travel with their furry companions, thanks to BluSmart. The electric ride-hailing company has launched a fleet of pet-friendly vehicles designed specifically for customers traveling with dogs or cats. Starting Friday, the service—dubbed ‘Pet Rides’—is available for pre-booking for scheduled trips and rentals.

With ‘Pet Rides,’ we’re making it easier, safer, and more enjoyable for everyone.”

The company has considered the details to ensure pets are comfortable during their rides. Each cab in the pet-friendly fleet comes equipped with foldable dog seat hammocks, giving pets a secure and cozy spot to sit.

BluSmart is known for its impeccable hygiene, and with Pet Rides also, it maintains its standards. All the EVs are completely cleaned and sanitized after every trip.

This move puts BluSmart at the forefront of a growing trend in the ride-hailing industry. 

Since its launch in 2019, BluSmart has steadily expanded its presence across India, operating in cities like Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. The company also offers premium, all-electric limousine services in the UAE. BluSmart is in discussions to raise $50 million in a Series B funding round, signaling its plans to grow further and solidify its position as a leader in sustainable urban mobility.
